About Kachikodes

It all started with a dream and a borrowed (or low-budget) laptop. I was just a passionate learner struggling to break into tech. The journey wasn’t easy, long nights, unstable internet, and constant challenges. But every obstacle made me determined:
“If I can make it, I’ll create a platform that makes it easier for others.”

After a year+ of pushing through, I became skilled enough to be invited back as a teacher at the same place I once struggled as a student. Teaching for the next 3+ years gave me a front-row seat to the real struggles beginners face:

1. Many students lived far from the training center, making it difficult or impossible to attend classes regularly.
2. Some students dropped out due to life challenges.
3. Others simply couldn’t keep up without more flexible learning.

I knew there had to be a better way.

I started small by forming study groups and online meetups. The goal was simple: create a safe community where beginners could learn alongside experts. These early groups laid the foundation for what would become Kachikodes. I realized that the key to success wasn’t just in teaching coding skills, but in building a supportive network where everyone could grow together.

More developers and aspiring learners joined. Mentorship programs started connecting students with professionals. Real relationships and career opportunities began to form, and the vision became bigger than me. I knew we needed a platform that could scale, so I began working on Kachikodes, an online hub for tech education and community. The goal was to create a space where anyone, anywhere, could access quality learning resources and connect with others on the same journey.

The community evolved into a proper educational hub: Structured online courses Real-world projects Career guidance sessions and workshops Kachikodes was no longer just an idea. It became a school without borders, accessible from anywhere, built to give students the same hands-on experience as physical classes.

Today, Kachikodes is a thriving tech community and learning platform empowering developers across the globe. Our mission remains the same: “No one should struggle the way I did. Wherever you are, you should have the tools, support, and opportunities to succeed in tech.” And this is just the beginning.
